About the Bond Selector/Filter: The Bond Selector/Filter lets you:

• Select bonds by issuer, or symbol
• Filter your selection by maturity, duration, coupon rate, ask price, yield or type

Select a bond: To select a bond, enter all or part of the issuing company name or enter the bond symbol. If you are unsure of the bond symbol, click on the symbol lookup link. When you find the symbol of the bond you are looking for, return to the report screen and type or paste the symbol into the symbol box.

Filter bonds by maturity: To filter bonds by maturity, or the date on which the bond is to be repaid, select either "greater than," "less than," or "between" from the drop down options and enter the appropriate value, in years, you would like to filter the bonds by into the text box.

Filter bonds by duration: To filter bonds by duration, a measure of the sensitivity of the bond to changing interest rates, select either "greater than," "less than," or "between" from the drop down options and enter the appropriate value, in years, you would like to filter the bonds by into the text box.

Filter bonds by coupon rate: To filter bonds by coupon rate, the expressed rate of of interest income paid by the bond's issuer, select either "greater than," "less than," or "between" from the drop down options and enter the appropriate value, as a percentage, you would like to filter the bonds by into the text box.

Filter bonds by current ask price: To filter bonds by current ask price, the amount the holder of the bond is willing to sell it for, select either "greater than," "less than," or "between" from the drop down options and enter the appropriate value, in dollars, you would like to filter the bonds by into the text box.

Filter bonds by current yield: To filter bonds by current yield, the measure of the return on an investment , select either "greater than," "less than," or "between" from the drop down options and enter the appropriate value, as a percentage, you would like to filter the bonds by into the text box.

Filter bonds by type: To filter a bond by type, place a checkmark by clicking in the boxes next to the bond type in which you are interested. You may select as many bond types from the listed options as you would like.
