GlobeinvestorGOLD^TM Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

Purchase of Gift Certificates
GlobeinvestorGOLD gift certificates (the "Gift Certificates") can be purchased online at www.GlobeinvestorGOLD.com or by telephone through a GlobeinvestorGOLD Customer Service Representative using the following credit cards only: VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

Eligibility
This offer is open only to Canadian residents. Gift Certificates are available for purchase by, and are redeemable by, Canadian residents only.

Redemption of Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates must be redeemed by the following dates: (i) if the Gift Certificate is sent via e-mail, or via e-mail and print version, it must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date that the e-mail Gift Certificate is sent; or (ii) if the Gift Certificate is given to the recipient only in the print version, it must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date it was purchased.

Gift Certificate recipients who are currently not subscribers to GlobeinvestorGOLD, or who are currently using the free trial service for GlobeinvestorGOLD, can redeem their Gift Certificates, using their unique claim code, through the GlobeinvestorGOLD website for the gift of a single one (1) year subscription to GlobeinvestorGOLD.

Gift Certificate recipients who are currently subscribers to GlobeinvestorGOLD can redeem their Gift Certificates, using their unique claim code, through a GlobeinvestorGOLD Customer Service Representative. Current subscribers who receive a Gift Certificate will begin their Gift Certificate subscription once their current subscription terminates.

Restrictions on Use
Gift Certificate claim codes are unique and are valid for one use only. Subscriptions to GlobeinvestorGOLD commence immediately upon activation of the Gift Certificate claim code. After activation of the claim code the subscription is not transferable.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable by recipients for cash and cannot be returned by the purchaser for a cash refund.

Gift Certificates are only for a one (1) year subscription to GlobeinvestorGOLD, and cannot be used in conjunction with any GlobeinvestorGOLD discount or promotional offers.

Unused Gift Certificates are void within six (6) months of the e-mail date, for e-mail Gift Certificates, or within six (6) months of the purchase date for print versions of the Gift Certificates.

General
Gift Certificates, their use and the use of the GlobeinvestorGOLD service are subject to the Terms of Service.

CTVglobemedia Publishing Inc.("CTVGMPI") reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion.

If for any reason, in the opinion of CTVGMPI, the Gift Certificate program is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security or integrity of the Gift Certificate program is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control, CTVGMPI reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Gift Certificate program.

THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL OR IS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO TECHNICAL OR OPERATIONAL DIFFICULTIES, THE SOLE REMEDY, AND CTVGMPI'S SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CTVGMPI BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THE GIFT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM, SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS.
