  • Your question, suggestion or comment. If you are reporting a technical problem, please describe the problem completely, including the page on which it occurred and the exact error message, if any.
  • Account-related Questions? If you are sending a question specifically about your GlobeinvestorGOLD account or your Globe Portfolio and would like our support team to investigate, please include your Username and Portfolio name in the email. By sending us your Username, you are authorizing representatives of our support team to access your account.

Please do not send questions asking for specific investment advice-for example, 'Should I buy XYZ stock?' or 'I just inherited $50,000. What should I invest it in?' -as we are not licensed to answer them. You are best advised to ask a licensed financial advisor.

Fund distributions and your portfolio: If you chose to reinvest mutual fund distributions when you set up your portfolio, distributions will be added to your portfolio automatically within one to two business days after we receive notification about them from the fund companies. Due to the number of distributions occurring at year-end, this process may take slightly longer than usual. For more information about distributions, click here.
